Canadian singer, songwriter, record producer and environmentalist, born on March 29, 1944 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Formed the band The Poppy Family with his wife Susan Jacks, best known for his 1974 hit song "Seasons in the Sun".

The title track was No.1 across the globe including the USA, Australia, UK, Germany and Canada and sold 6 million copies!
