NIET MEER LEVERBAAR !
Before embarking on a solo career in the 1980s, Californian R&B singer Michael Wycoff was best known for singing backup on Stevie Wonder’s 1976 album Songs In The Key Of Life and working with artists including Natalie Cole.
Love Conquers All was Wycoff’s second album, containing the hit R&B single Looking Up To You and the underground dance classic Diamond Real. Wycoff released three albums in the 1980s before falling on hard times and ultimately rebuilding his life through the church.
Wycoff might have become just one more forgotten artist, but after Zhane sampled Looking UP To You on their 1994 Top Ten US Pop hit HEY MR. D.J. fans rediscovered Love Conquers All, which remains a highly sought-after underground classic to this day. BBR is very proud to present Love Conquers All in full and expanded form, complete with extensive liner notes that feature interviews along with added bonus tracks.
