Dakota Stanton (born June 3, 1932, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; died April 10, 2007, New York City, New York, USA) was an American jazz and R&B vocalist. She released several acclaimed albums in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Her biggest success came with 'The Late, Late Show' in 1957. For a time following her 1958 wedding to Talib Daawud, an Antiguan Muslim trumpeter, she was also known by her Muslim name, Aliyah Rabia.
