The pop duo Climie Fisher was formed in London in 1986 by Simon Climie (vo), who had made a name for himself as a songwriter, and Rob Fisher (key), formerly of Naked Eyes. 
They are known  for their hit "Love Changes (Everything)," which was used in a car commercial.
